Every guide we sell comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your purchase didn't leave you feeling less bloated, sleeping easier, or more like yourself, email us at hello@theafterco.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no hoops — and the guides stay yours. A real person reads every email, and refunds are processed to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Digital products
All products sold by The After are digital items — downloadable PDF guides delivered instantly after purchase, by download link and email. Because delivery is instant, there is nothing to post back: a refund under our guarantee never requires you to "return" anything.

If something goes technically wrong
If a file won't download, you were charged twice, or you received the wrong item, email us and we'll put it right straight away — that's not a refund question, that's just us fixing it.

Right of withdrawal (UK & EU consumers)
Under consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this statutory right ends once the download begins — provided you gave your express consent and acknowledgement at checkout. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee above is separate from, and more generous than, this statutory right, and applies regardless.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty or not as described.
